About Us
In operation since 2003, Dogwood Estates is a 38 Unit Assisted Living Community (social model) certified by the State of Kentucky. Jimmy and Andrea Hepner are the owners and Jimmy is the Administrator. Dogwood Estates LLC. currently has around 30 full and part-time employees. These staff members are the reason that Dogwood Estates is a successful Assisted Living Community. Ask around and you will soon find out that the care that we give our residents and their families is second to none!

There is No Big Corporation to deal with here! The Owner is the Administrator so this allows us to better serve your individual wants and needs!
Experience is the name of the game! We opened our first Assisted Living Community in 1998, well before regulations existed for this industry. We were one of the first Assisted Living Communities in the State of Kentucky!
We offer 30 Minute Safety Checks to ensure the welfare of our residents!
A little pampered I would say! You have the luxury of sleeping in, and then having the breakfast of your choice either in our community dining area or in your own private living unit.
There are No Name Tags or Visiting Hours here! This is our residents' home and we don't want our residents to feel like they live in a Facility. We do everything in our power to make it look and feel like Home!

Pre-Employment Drug Screening which is not required by law, but at DE, we go the Extra Mile!
There is no tiered pricing for services that need to be added as the resident ages and needs more assistance. We offer Flat Fee pricing to help residents and their families budget for the future. Just multiply the daily rate by however many days are in the month to calculate the monthly bill. Utilities and all of our Services are included in the pricing!
